About this Event
Led by Salena Collins-Black; in solidarity with Black Lives Matter, and in light of on-going injustices towards BIPOC, this new meditation series will focus on awareness of self, and how one relates to movements for justice. Participants will learn to operate from a mindfulness point of view, while acting in alignment with their values.
Presented by Yoga USC, Dornsife Physical Education & the Office for Religious & Spiritual Life.
