Racial Equity Leadership Academy (RELA) is a new program designed by the USC Race and Equity Center for our campus.  RELA is crafted for staff, faculty, and administrators who want to become race-conscious and equity-minded practitioners with the capacity to intentionally and strategically transform their departments, schools, and divisions.
