For USC undergraduates - take a FREE 8-week mindfulness course on decreasing anxiety and increasing self-compassion. Led by clinical psychologist Pamela "Tobi" Fishel, Ph.D., and Camille Dieterle, OTD, OTR/L, the course will explore meditation, finding happiness and meaning, stress reduction, healthier relationships, and self-awareness.
