Thank you for your interest in P&G's signature recruiting event, Your Excellence Amplified, hosted by P&G's African Ancestry Employee Network! Join us for an exclusive virtual information session to learn more about Procter & Gamble, our culture, and exciting student program and recent grad opportunities for 2024/2025.

Please note, this event is hosted on Ring Central, so be sure to register here to confirm your attendance!

During this event, you can expect the following:

  • Senior Leadership Fireside Chat - We will spotlight the career journeys of senior leaders at P&G who will share stories of how their excellence has been amplified and how they have work to create a culture where P&G seeks to do the same for all its emerging leaders!
  • Recent Hire Insights Discussion - You will have the opportunity to hear from recently hired leaders on how P&G has created a “family” culture through its mentorship and advocacy through the company's African Ancestry Leadership Network (AALN).
  • Career Area Breakout Rooms - Finally, you will have the opportunity at the close of the session to attend breakout rooms of P&G's major functional work areas to learn more directly about the types of work at P&G and what to expect through the hiring process!

We want you to experience firsthand the opportunity to hear life stories and ask questions to a panel of successful leaders in the world’s biggest consumer goods company. To get a preview of what to expect at the event, check out this video from one of our Brand Leaders, Omar Goff, on why he chose P&G!

Join us from 6:30pm to 9:00pm on Wednesday, September 4th to learn more about P&G's leadership opportunities, and network with attendees and P&G Employees committed to amplifying the excellence of people everywhere!
