The Department of Population and Public Health Sciences (PPHS) at the Keck School of Medicine is pleased to announce its inaugural PPHS Research Symposium to be held on October 9^th at PPHS -- a one-day event designed to showcase the breadth and impact of research conducted across its five divisions. Under the theme Advancing Public Health Together, the symposium will highlight the department’s collaborative, interdisciplinary work addressing pressing population and public health challenges. In addition to featuring innovative translational projects led by faculty, the event will provide a platform for students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior investigators to present their research alongside senior faculty and division leaders. The symposium aims to foster cross-division collaboration, promote team science, and strengthen connections that support the development of research centers and institutes within PPHS.
