Vinyasa is a style of yoga that flows from pose to pose, fueled by the breath. In this 60 minute class, prepare to drop into your body through movement; connect with your breath; and build strength, mobility, and resilience on and off the mat. Come to class as you are, leave feeling a little lighter and ready to take on whatever life has in store for you. This class is accessible for all levels—whether it’s your 1st yoga class or your 1000th.

**This class will meet 1 Thursday a month throughout the Fall Semester on August 25, September 22, October 20, and November 17  

Jennie Ostendorf first stepped onto a yoga mat when she was eight years old. Having spent most of her young life in a dance studio, her asana practice came naturally and she learned at an early age how powerful it was to connect breath and movement, especially amongst community. She is honored to share everything her yoga practice has given her with her students.
