Join Professor Tok Thompson for a discussion of posthumanism, and its increasing relevance for anthropologists working in the Anthropocene.

Although posthumanism (“rethinking the human”) is an important theoretical corrective for many disciplines, Anthropology, as the study of humans, is perhaps ground zero this seismic shift in academic ontology. This shift in academic ontology has important repercussions in terms of living and working during our current global ecocide.
