“All of Us” is a groundbreaking effort to gather data from one million or more people living in the United States to accelerate research and improve health. This data and information will help accelerate research and improve health as researchers access the data needed to further understand how different factors can impact health.

Participation involves the completion of online consent forms, access to your electronic health records (EHR), and completing a web-based questionnaire at home. At the in-person appointment, we will ask for you to provide your physical measurements, blood, and urine samples. The entire process should only take about an hour to complete, including your in-person visit. At completion, you will be compensated with a $25 gift card for your participation. The study visit will be held at the USC Health Sciences Campus. We also offer parking validation for the Keck Hospital Parking Structure.
