DESCRIPTION:Ron Hays is a Professor of Medicine and a Professor of Health P
 olicy and Management. He specializes in research and teaching courses in h
 ealth-related quality of life\, patient experience with healthcare\, and h
 ealth-related behavior. Dr. Hays received his Ph.D. from UC Riverside. He 
 is a Principal Investigator of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provi
 ders and Systems (CAHPS®) project and studies of health-related quality o
 f life.\n\nDr. Hay's presentation will share the Clinician and Group CAHPS
  Survey 3.0 results before and during the COVID-19 pandemic from an integr
 ated health care system on the west coast and touch upon revisions to the 
 survey in response to the increase in telehealth care.
