Ron Hays is a Professor of Medicine and a Professor of Health Policy and Management. He specializes in research and teaching courses in health-related quality of life, patient experience with healthcare, and health-related behavior. Dr. Hays received his Ph.D. from UC Riverside. He is a Principal Investigator of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) project and studies of health-related quality of life.

Dr. Hay's presentation will share the Clinician and Group CAHPS Survey 3.0 results before and during the COVID-19 pandemic from an integrated health care system on the west coast and touch upon revisions to the survey in response to the increase in telehealth care.
