Pathways to Ford is a series created to attract and develop Black and Brown students interested in internships and careers at Ford Motor Company. Through this series, interested candidates will have the opportunity to learn what it is like to work at Ford Motor Company from the lens of an HBCU and HSI intern. Ford Motor Company believes in caring for each other, and a part of that is valuing diversity and embracing inclusion.
