This year’s Conference theme is Activate Your WHY! and builds from last year’s theme of Amplifying Occupational Therapy’s WHY to address how to take your OT Passion and turn it into OT Action! Occupational therapy has been grounded in the value of participation in purposeful and meaningful therapeutic occupations to promote health and the balance of physical, mental, and social well-being. The growth and advancement of our profession encompasses a range of practice areas to benefit all persons, groups, and populations. As a practitioner, educator, or student, we have the opportunity to continue to enrich our knowledge and cultivate evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for those who receive our valuable services.
