About this Event
Join us in a special workshop given by Dr. Suarez Piedad, Department Chair of Geriatrics, Special Needs and Behavioral Sciences at the USC Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, to learn about the following:
Oral complications associated with cancer therapy
Most common chemotherapeutics associated with mucositis
Oral evaluation and treatment before chemotherapy or radiation therapy
Oral care during chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy
Post-chemotherapy or radiation therapy oral care
