 l Organization of Spinal Somatosensory Circuits\n\nThe spinal cord plays a
  critical role in processing somatosensory information—touch\, temperatu
 re\, pain and itch. Our lab is interested in characterizing these spinal m
 icrocircuits. This knowledge is important because dysfunction of these neu
 ral circuits can lead to pathological conditions of chronic pain and itch.

 sPerform axon circuit mapping using virusesElucidate neural coding using o
