 he session will explore what we know about student reactions\; differentia
 l effects on students from different races\, ethnicities\, and backgrounds
 \; considerations for providing quality online learning experiences\; and 
 impacts of the pandemic on students’ ability to continue STEM studies. T
 he session will share strategies and lessons learned from a breadth of ins
 titutional types and for a range of student populations (from community co
 llege to graduate students) and explore research questions that could help
  us better prepare for the future.
