About this Event
Not ready to start your journey as a NACDD Public Health AmeriCorps Service Member just yet? You can still be a part of a dynamic and inspiring team while having a positive impact on your community as a NACDD Public Health AmeriCorps Student Ambassador! As a Student Ambassador, you will be the boots on the ground for recruitment efforts as you identify qualified student applicants through classroom, professional, and/or social club settings, or personal contacts, and encourage them to apply to become Service Members with NACDD’s Public Health AmeriCorps program. Take this opportunity to showcase your leadership and initiative, enhance your communication skills, and gain first-hand insight into what Public Health AmeriCorps is all about! The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) invites you to join us for an information session to learn more about how you can engage with our program as a Public Health AmeriCorps Student Ambassador!
Please note we are specifically recruiting Student Ambassadors to serve in Alaska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and West Virginia.
