In collaboration with Mindful USC, the USC Pacific Asia Museum presents a summer-long Mindfulness class series.

Join Mark Miller to learn skills that will help you manage stress and strong emotions when they are experienced. This zoom class will combine evidence-based emotion management skills with mindfulness to help you compassionately take care of yourself when emotions and stress start to feel overwhelming.

  • Saturday, August 29th (Session 2): Coming back to a cool calm when our emotions get hot.
  • Saturday, September 19th (Session 3): Using mindfulness to help us discover what our emotions are trying to tell us.

Mark Miller, PsyD is the coordinator of Mindful USC and a clinical psychologist who is interested in integrating mindfulness and psychotherapy.
