Guided by mindfulness practices, we'll walk intentionally, heightening our awareness of the sights, sounds, and scents of our surroundings. Through this immersive experience, the intricate textures of leaves, the delicate fragrance of flowers, and the vastness of nature itself come alive.
Our intention is to help you become more present and grounded by engaging all your senses. As we explore the outdoor settings on campus, you'll have the opportunity to notice, savor, and fully experience the moment. This practice not only enhances our connection with nature, but also enriches our day-to-day mindfulness, teaching us to live more attentively and meaningfully. Join us to experience how nature can gently draw you into the present moment and foster a deeper sense of well-being. Participants are welcome to register for one or both sessions.
We will meet at the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life, and walk together from there.
