Travel Card & Expense Office Hours are live, virtual Q&A sessions where users can receive hands-on assistance from subject matter experts on the USC Travel Card and expenses within the Travel & Expense Portal (SAP Concur).

Users are encouraged to come to the workshop prepared with questions and ready to log-in to the Travel & Expense Portal to take full advantage of this opportunity.

The Zoom Link will be sent to users who register via Trojan Learn.  You will also need to be able to Duo two-factor authentication via a mobile device to access Travel & Expense Portal.

To register:

• Click on the Registration button.
• Type in the name of the event in the TrojanLearn search field.
• Click on the event name; and
• Click on the Assign button
