In an industry of constant change and disruption, Farmers Insurance is continually exploring new and innovative technologies to help improve the learning experience of its claims representatives. In 2017, Farmers deployed a game-changing virtual reality tool to train claims representatives on home damage assessments. Highlights of the projects featured in both Forbes and Fortune will be presented during the webinar.

Jessica is the Director of the University of Farmers, Claims at Farmers Insurance. In her current role, Jessica leads training for approximately 10,000 employees at Farmers.
