The Transfer Success Program (TSP) is a 6-week program that helps incoming transfer students maximize their time at USC Marshall and build a community among other transfer students. TSP supports incoming transfer students to gain access to a community of peers at Marshall that can be a continuous source of support during the program and throughout your time at USC; receive personalized assistance in regards to academic and career goals from Marshall staff, including Academic Advisors, Career Advisors, and Marshall faculty; be introduced to university resources as you transition into USC Marshall; and strengthen key skills needed to succeed as a Marshall student and business professional.

The third session focuses on academic resources Marshall transfer students can utilize, in addition to hearing tips on how to best navigate the quantitative courses in Marshall . Please note that TSP is a cohorted program, and only students who applied and are a part of the program can attend.
