The Transfer Success Program (TSP) is a 6-week program that helps incoming transfer students maximize their time at USC Marshall and build a community among other transfer students. TSP supports incoming transfer students to gain access to a community of peers at Marshall that can be a continuous source of support during the program and throughout your time at USC; receive personalized assistance in regards to academic and career goals from Marshall staff, including Academic Advisors, Career Advisors, and Marshall faculty; be introduced to university resources as you transition into USC Marshall; and strengthen key skills needed to succeed as a Marshall student and business professional.

TSP is a cohorted program, and Marshall's Office of Undergraduate Advising and Student Affairs along with our Transfer Ambassadors look foward to welcoming our fall 2021 cohort!
