Have you ever wondered if your anxiety, worried thoughts, and mood swings could actually be useful in some way? Especially in stressful times, such as interviewing for competitive jobs, we all experience mental ups and downs, and, in some ways, this is a good thing. (Can you imagine if you felt numb or apathetic just before an interview?) Join Dr. Chandler Chang, clinical psychologist and CEO of Therapy Lab, as she presents information about your mental health--the way your brain, body, and emotions function together to provide you with stability, insight, and drive. Become more familiar with the common signs of distress, and learn how to manage them, put them to use, or just take better care of yourself. By the end, you will have some useful ideas for harnessing the energy of strong emotions. And you will know when and how to find extra support if your emotions overwhelm you.
