College Spring equips schools and teachers with the tools to help students confidently prepare for the SAT and ACT. Since 2008, we’ve helped over 25,000 students from low-income backgrounds increase their SAT scores by an average of 104 points.

College Spring mentors work directly with groups of 5-10 high school juniors on SAT preparation and college readiness lessons. We seek to hire dedicated undergraduates who will understand the challenges our students' face, who have the potential and desire to become strong tutors, and who will inspire our students to imagine new possibilities. As a member of College Spring’s staff, you will develop teaching and leadership skills, meet other talented undergraduates, and help to make college attainment a reality for high school students from historically low-income backgrounds.

College Spring staff will discuss career opportunities and address questions about the mentorship program.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the university’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other prohibited factor.
