Conducted by faculty member Brent McMunn, USC Thornton musicians will perform Mahler's Piano Quartet in A minor and "Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen." The performance begins at 7 p.m.

Inspired by a 1970s “Mahler Grooves” bumper sticker created by LA Mahler enthusiasts, Dudamel’s love of Mahler is showcased by three programs that explore different aspects of the composer’s works.

The Mahler Grooves Festival is generously supported by the Frank Gehry Fund for Creativity.

Visit the Los Angeles Philharmonic website for tickets. Please be advised that the LA Phil has a policy that no children under 6 years old will be admitted to concerts at Walt Disney Concert Hall.
