Jean Vioulac is Professor of Philosophy at the Lycée Auguste Blanqui. He is the author of ten books, including Philosophie de la catastrophe (PUF, 2025), Métaphysique de l'Anthropocène I & II (PUF, 2023-2024), La Logique totalitaire, 2nd ed. (PUF, 2023), and Apocalypse of Truth (UChicago, 2021). He is the 2016 winner of the Grand Prize of Philosophy from the Académie française for the whole of his work.
