In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month in May, faculty and staff are invited to participate in the USC WorkWell Center’s 31-day Live Well, Stress Less Mental Health & Well-being Challenge. This challenge encourages you to adopt mental health and well-being-promoting practices in four areas: stress management, confronting burnout, work-life balance, and workplace relationships.

Please join us in the challenge and recruit your colleagues to join in too!

How do I participate?

  • Register to receive your challenge packet (calendar, activity list, and rules sheet).
  • Complete as many mental health and well-being activities as you can (from the list we’ll provide or come up with your own) and fill out your challenge calendar.
  • Submit your challenge calendar by June 3 to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of 50 health-related prizes.
  • You’ll be provided with weekly tips and resources throughout the challenge to support you.
