  Global Health Collaboration will focus on the impacts of the Trump Admini
 stration’s immigration policies in Los Angeles and across the globe\, an
 d concrete research and actions being taken to minimize the harms.\n\nProf
 essor of Law Niels Frenzen will introduce the current state of affairs\, l
 egal challenges for immigrants and the work of the USC Immigrant Detention
  Rights Project. Dr. Parveen Parmar\, associate professor of clinical prev
 entive medicine\, will discuss the work she leads to support immigrant pop
 ulations living near Keck Medical Center of USC and in Los Angeles more ge
 nerally. Michael Cousineau\, professor of preventive medicine\, will discu
 ss his work assessing and addressing the health needs of immigrant populat
