Time: 8:30 -9:30PM or 9:30-10:30PM
Space is limited to 15 students per session. Spots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Sign ups do not guarantee a spot in the session.
You must sign up for a new session each week and will receive a reminder the day before each class. Sign upĀ HERE.
Wk 1: Quads & Calves 9/13
Wk 2: Glutes & Hamstrings 9/20
Wk 3: Chest 9/27
Wk 4: Back 10/4
Wk 5: Shoulders 10/11
Wk 6: Arms (Bi & Tri) 10/18
Wk 7: Core 10/25
