Esther Lanier is passionate about empowering USC’s diverse
undergraduate and graduate students and alumni. In her role as
a Senior Career Advisor at the USC Career Center, she brings
empathy and understanding from her counseling and coaching
background as Trojans explore, develop and navigate
employment opportunities in a global economy. Esther has a
background in education, banking, and entertainment. She holds
a Master of Science in Counseling with a Career Counseling focus.
