Travel & Expense Portal Workshops are virtual training sessions in which users will receive hands-on assistance from the subject matter experts on the following:

• University Policy
• Updating the Profile
• Using Mobile Apps
• Processing Reimbursements  
• Approvals & Workflow
• Best Practices
• Q&A

Users are encouraged to come to the workshop prepared with questions and ready to log-in to the Travel & Expense Portal to take full advantage of this opportunity.

The Zoom Link will be sent to users who register via Trojan Learn.  You will also need to be able to Duo two-factor authentication via a mobile device to access Travel & Expense Portal.

To register:

• Click on the Registration button.
• Type in the name of the event in the TrojanLearn search field.
• Click on the event name; and
• Click on the Assign button
