Travel Booking Open Labs provide an opportunity for hands-on training with making travel arrangements in the Travel & Expense Portal (SAP Concur) related to the following topics:

• Enhancing your travel profile
• Booking travel in Travel & Expense Portal (SAP Concur)
• Prepaying travel expenses for guests & students
• Travel tips and tricks
• Travel tools: TripIt Pro
• Preferred travel suppliers
• Group & Event travel
• Q&A

The session will be held in a computer lab. To log into the computer, you will utilize your USC NetID (username) and password.  You will also need to be able to Duo two-factor authentication via a mobile device to access Travel & Expense Portal.

To register:

• Click on the Registration button;
• Type in the name of the event in the TrojanLearn search field;
• Click on the event name; and
• Click on the Assign button
