Join us on Monday, May 2 from 5PM-6:30PM EDT to learn more about the exciting opportunities currently available within our Biologics Process Research & Development organization. The event will begin with an info session followed by a panel discussion and Q&A. We encourage you to join us to learn about these key opportunities for a challenging and rewarding career in the pharmaceutical industry!

The Biologics Process Research & Development (BPRD) organization within Merck's Research Laboratories is responsible for developing the drug substance manufacturing processes for our company's biologics pipeline, including cell line, bioreactor process development and optimization, media design, chromatographic and filtration separation development as well as computational modeling and data science. We work in highly collaborative cross-functional teams with colleagues in Discovery, Pre-clinical, Early Development, and our Commercial Manufacturing organizations with a goal to rapidly develop robust, innovative drug substance processes to enable toxicology studies, clinical studies, and ultimately commercial supplies. We also innovate to drive technology development and to influence the field, with examples including investments in continuous production, data-rich experimentation, as well as green and sustainable processing.

Members of BPRD are expected to apply rigorous scientific principles and state-of-the-art tools to solve challenging problems focused on developing the best process to deliver life-changing medicines to patients worldwide. As an organization, we are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive environment, recognizing that this allows us to unlock the full potential of our talented staff.
