Jonathan Carp, MD is board certified Dermatologist since the year 2000. In 2004 he had two pivotal events in his life. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer and in that same year he had a patient that healed herself of Lupus, a serious auto-immune disease, through intensive lifestyle strategies. These 2 events led him to learn more about integrating healthy lifestyle strategies into his medical practice especially for his autoimmune disease patients and his melanoma patients. He studied for many years with Gerald Epstein, MD with the American Institute of Mental Imagery, a NY Regent certified training program for health professionals. This technique is a form of visualization that utilizes imagination to create mental strategies for wellness, relieving anxiety, and creating resilience. He has spoken widely about lifestyle strategies for optimal health and has a class every Wednesday night, called Wednesday Night Live that has ongoing for over a year. He lives in Miami Beach, Florida and is also a health food entrepreneur as President of Miracle Noodle, a health noodle and pasta alternative found in over 16,000 stores nationwide. A confirmed beach addict, he spends a small part of everyday with his feet in the sand.
