About Megan:

Megan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017 and has been with Uber for 4 years starting in August 2016. As a Customer Success Manager, she works to drive operational excellence while furthering Uber’s most important restaurant relationships. She is responsible for providing data-driven consultation to support a portfolio of restaurants at scale; while also uncovering the needs of partners by executing on special projects to optimize their business on the platform.
