Christopher Russell, Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics & Todd Chang, Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics, will teach how to maximize mentor-mentee relationships from the mentee perspective by conducting a personal assessment of your current and anticipated future mentorship needs.
Target Audience: All levels of faculty & postdocs
