USC Dornsife alumna Madeline Mann, MS ’15, is an HR and recruiting leader, career strategist and author of Reverse the Search. She transformed her insider knowledge of the hiring process into Self Made Millennial, an award-winning career coaching platform that has reached millions. Through her work, Mann helps professionals become “job shoppers,” empowering them to land high-paying offers at competitive Fortune 500 companies.

She will be joined by Prof. Jorge Barraza, associate professor of psychology at USC Dornsife and program director of the Master of Science in Applied Psychology, for a candid and practical conversation on how to land a job in as little as 30 days.
