This 36-month development program allows for entry-level attorneys to gain experience by handling a variety of legal matters independently. The honors attorney will receive mentoring and supervision throughout the development process. Participants in this program will be evaluated every six months with the potential for performance-based salary increases. This program is only offered externally at this time. Eligibility To be eligible for the Attorney (Honor Program) you must possess a Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school no more than 30 months prior to the date of employment. External Recruitment Timeline Positions are available to apply now August 1st thru August 31st for candidates to begin the program the following September.
