The Center for Work and Family Life (CWFL) is pleased to announce a new 8-week Healthy Habits webinar series, which will take place at noon every other Thursday from June 17 – September 23.
The series will provide tips, resources, and support to USC faculty and staff as USC returns to in-person activities and you navigate a new normal for work and home life. In partnership with our very own USC experts, we’re excited to share the list of topics below.

June 17, 12:00 p.m. – Preparing for Change and Transition
The opportunity to be in-person again in the coming months is exciting! At the same time, this means we will be adjusting the ways we have organized our personal and professional lives over the past year. As we transition into new routines and norms, there may be uncertainty and anxiety. This session will provide practical tools for you, including some that will help you identify and support colleagues who are struggling with the new norm and change.
