Four panels of experts will present fast-paced discussions of changes in California’s health care system, including the status of theAffordable Care ActMedi-Cal, the opioid crisis and a discussion of the prospects for Universal Health Care in the state. 

Our Keynote speaker will be Diana Dooley, Secretary of Health and Human Services and Chair of Covered California.
