Week 1 -

- Sunday, 9/20, 2pm – 5pm
- Week 2 - Friday, 9/25, 2pm – 3:30pm
- Week 3 - Friday, 10/2, 2pm – 3:30pm
Highly interactive and experiential, this hands-on training will teach you ways to increase your capacity for happiness. This happens through experiential learning processes and meaningful discussions that cultivate awareness, connection, and emotional intelligence and through evidence-based breathwork that enhances mental resilience and strength. The class will also explore happiness research which dovetails the themes and techniques taught in class to learn ways to retrain your brain for greater peace.
This class is for those who are ready for a deep inner shift and a holistic approach to individual growth and leadership. Participation in all sessions is highly recommended for full effect.
Week 1: Retreat, Connect and Shift
Week 1 is a mini-retreat experience consisting of 3-hour sessions held over 3 consecutive days. It will be deep–dive into foundational breathwork, which is a cornerstone of this class; and will also serve as a jumpstart into self–exploration, connection, and resilience. Each session builds upon the previous session.
Week 2 & 3: Enthusiasm, Purpose, and Gratitude
Week 2 & 3 meet once a week for 1.5 hours per session. It will reinforce your breathwork practices and delves into deeper assets of individual growth and leadership.
Instructor:
Poonam C. Tandon is a master trainer of evidence-based breathwork technique, SKY Breath Meditation, certified by the International International Association for Human Values. She has been practicing meditation and breathwork since age 9 but discovered it’s real power to transform and heal so many areas of her life when she was an undergrad student. Poonam is one of just a few teacher-trainers of this work and has personally mentored hundreds of individuals on their journeys to becoming instructors. She has been a featured speaker at leading universities and institutions ranging from Harvard, Yale, and MIT to the World Bank Institute, State Department, and the United Nations.
