Shalonda Baldwin  is the Interim Executive Officer of Diversity and Economic Opportunity leading the Project and Economic Development Management team at LA Metro, where she guides innovative such as the Pilot Business Interruption Fund and Crenshaw/LAX Business Solution Center.

Patrice McElroy is the Executive Officer, Talent Management at LA Metro and also serves as the Vice Chair of American Public Transportation Association’s Labor and Employee Relations Subcommittee. She believes that the having an agile innovative workforce is a key to building an extraordinary transportation agency.
