A discussion on the racial/ethnic inequities within STEM education, and the disparities this causes students pursing graduate STEM degrees. We will examine the national STEM landscape of Black, LatinX and Native American students pursing graduate degrees, and how USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering addresses these disparities within our graduate programs.
