Title: The Dual Burnside Process
Abstract: I present a dual to the Burnside process that swaps states with group elements, yet preserves the nonzero spectrum and mixes within one step of the original. The framework yields clean lumping, universal baseline bounds, and explicit formulas in the value-permuting and coordinate-permuting models.
