Brian Everitt, Chief of the Geospatial Engineering Section for the New Orleans District of the Army Corps of Engineers, oversees GIS & CADD systems, analysis, and development. Richard Windisch, GIS Specialist, City of Los Angeles, is an expert in visualization of civic data that promotes sustainability, equity, & efficiency for the LA Sanitation Customer Care Division. Julia Fruithandler, Urban Planner & Computational Designer, Arcadis, leads client engagement on projects through the integration of GIS & Parametric Design.
