Powered by Nike training and amped up by the live DJ’s set, this strength workout series is paving the way for a new era of nightlife.

The environment will energize you, and the workout will push you (it was programmed in partnership with the Nike Sport Research Lab).

Each rep is designed to bring out the best of your ability, effort, and mindset.

Show up to get stronger, find your people, and start the weekend already winning. Once the work is done, flex your pump, hang with Nike Trainers, and kick off your well-deserved recovery.
