USC’s faculty, staff and students all play an important role in living out USC’s Unifying Values into daily life on campus. In particular, faculty members embrace the value of Open Communication in the classroom to maintain a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Part of communicating openly involves navigating complex topics related to free speech and academic freedom. To commemorate Free Speech Week (October 16 – 20), the Culture Journey Team in partnership with the Academic Senate will continue its popular webinar series on Free Speech and Academic Freedom. If you missed the previous sessions, which took place in Spring, watch the recordings on Culture Journey’s Website.

Please join us on Zoom on Thursday, October 19th at 12 PM PDT. Bring your questions; our panelists look forward to another engaging conversation.
