Please join BGBL and LMBA for the FORWARD Summit! The FORWARD Summit hosted by USC Marshall is an annual event to bring together Senior Executives and thought leaders to facilitate a professional and open environment to inspire people from Black and Latinx communities to gather and build relationships, learn, and share experiences. We are hosting a panel-based event that looks to highlight the success of Black and Latinx business leaders. It is our goal to amplify the voices of leaders from the underrepresented communities and redefine what an inclusive workforce can look like as we celebrate diverse perspectives.

This year’s FORWARD Summit theme is “Today’s Changemakers, Tomorrow’s Innovators”. It is about moving forward and making real change. There has been lots of talk about diversity and inclusion within the over the last several months; however, it can be easy to get lost in what that really means. We want to reiterate that these talented Black and Latinx business leaders are real people, like me and you, that have put in the work to ignite change for the current and future corporate leaders of diverse communities.

For those attending the summit, you will have the opportunity to share knowledge with industry leaders and innovators, gain different perspectives on diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to drive change, and how DE&I contributes to overall performance. Companies attending are seeking for a tangible way to demonstrate their commitment to diversity, increase their visibility, and gain access to a diverse pipeline of graduate students and professionals.
