In the face of climate change, the scale and severity of this global crisis can leave you overcome with a sense of despair and impending doom. This overwhelm is called climate anxiety, and can manifest as paralysis, panic, apathy, and hopelessness.

Come find calm in the storm at this workshop led by USC clinical psychologist Pamela "Tobi" Fishel, PhD and occupational therapist Camille Dieterle, OTD, OTR/L.

#USCEarthWeek #USCsustainability
