About this Event
In the face of climate change, the scale and severity of this global crisis can leave you overcome with a sense of despair and impending doom. This overwhelm is called climate anxiety, and can manifest as paralysis, panic, apathy, and hopelessness.
Come find calm in the storm at this workshop led by USC clinical psychologist Pamela "Tobi" Fishel, PhD and occupational therapist Camille Dieterle, OTD, OTR/L.
There will be two separate workshops:
The workshop on April 18 from 12-1pm will be held at the USC Peace Garden at 3017 Shrine Place.
The workshop on April 21 from 12-1pm will be held on Zoom.
