Feel Better Workshops are open to all undergraduate and graduate students. These workshops are offered all year! They are a great fit for anyone who would like to learn basic skills or consider new approaches to improve their ability to manage stress or copy with adversity.

Workshops are led by Counseling staff. The topics change weekly. Held weekly on Wednesdays from 2pm to 3pm and Thursdays from 4pm to 5pm.
